JOB PURPOSE: Be the main point of contact for customers and ensure maintenance of the vehicles are on time, according to the customers’ expectation and at the expected costs.

· Participate in preparing
quotes for customers by updating the quotes received from the Dealers (costs of
service level agreements & tires). Explain to the customers the different
levels of service and the breakdown, for all brands and models sold by CFAO.
· Organise for the vehicle
maintenance. Anticipate the visit, coordinate with the customer/user and the
workshops for an appointment, follow up to make sure the maintenance is done in
the expected time (compliant with SLA timelines) and with the expected quality
level. Check from time to time through visits to the workshops;
· Communicate with the
customer on the work done on the vehicle, and ensure it complies with their
expectations as per the specific claim on receipt of the vehicle at the
Workshop.
· Participate in the
decision of providing a relief car based on the urgency of the repairs or on
estimation of the time to repair as indicated in the written contract.
· Review the quotes from
the supplier and check prices, discounts and content, to ensure they are
compliant with the SLA signed with the dealers and also with the service level
signed by the customer.
· Compile reports to
discuss any out of contract repairs with customers. Ensure details are received
from the dealers through an agreed format report, to show that the repair is
related to an abnormal use
· Hands on experience on
the Loxea systems and platforms (Fleet Kompact, Optimum Automotive tracking
platform)
· Follow up to completion
all pending repairs. Write a report on each repair to assess our performance in
repairing the vehicle. For long repairs, be part of the team when the vehicle
is handed back to the customer Write monthly reports to be shared with the dealers
and for discussion on a monthly basis (performance reports based on the KPIs
indicated in the SLA).
· Write reports required
internally or externally relating to service ad required for audit purposes
· Participate in the
monthly report meeting with customers and present KPIs related to the
maintenance
· Check the end of lease
vehicles, return of relief cars from customers and report the gaps.
· Participate in the
evaluation of the used cars purchased from our dealers and from the market
(buyback from customers). Participate in the delivery of new cars when needed.
· Ability to mount
trackers and review the timing of mounting trackers. Interact with the service
provider to improve on efficiency.
· Be the technical
interlocutor of all the dealer workshops (including TKAS) and visit them from
time to time to build the relationship and clarify our expectations.
· Build monthly reports to
be shared with the dealers and discussed on a monthly basis (performance
reports based on the Kpis mentioned in the SLA)

· Prepare accurate PACI
reports on time & analyse & close the gaps identified from one month to
another (service/maintenance & other needed)
· Review monthly safety
report and come up with trainings for clients according the safety needs
· Use the Accident
analysis using tool “Root Cause Analysis Flow chart” and create a report to be
provided to Loxea and the customer
· Investigate on all
insurance accidents with repairs above Kshs.500,000 and prepare reports with
safety recommendations

Minimum level of
academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the

· Diploma in Automotive
Engineering
Minimum level of
experience required to perform effectively in the role
· 3 years of relevant
experience in an organisation of comparable size of operations
