What you will be responsible for:

  • Provide technical/application support(e.g. installation, maintenance, repair)to key account customers;
  • Deliver training, spare parts and trouble-shooting services to local agents;
  • Implement headquarters’ service plans, and establish local service strategies for both short & long term development of the market;
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction, analyze local competition dynamic, organize adding-value service to local market, meanwhile building brand of Mindray Service;
  • Achieve annual target of service revenue and team building.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in biotechnology, biomedical equipment or equivalent is a plus;
  • More than 3 years’ experience of customer service, preferable to have experience managing/supervising at least 5 team members, including KPI management and appraisal.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, able to motivate team member and partners;
  • Have rapport relationship with hospital BME department and rich experience in arranging service marketing activities.
