Job Description
The role includes
· Owning and delivering
customer conversion targets for Inside Sales team
· Owning and delivering
customer support targets for the platform
· Hiring, Training and
development of the team
· Daily reports and
Analytics generation for better visibility
· Working with cross
functional team and delivering the results
Ideal candidate should be
· Graduate and above from
an established university or institute
· Minimum 3-5 years
working on a similar role in a BPO or similar organizations
· Willing to take
responsibility for end-to-end category deliverables
· Having a positive
attitude and willing to work in a startup environment
