The Customer
Relationship Officer will ensure high service standards to ensure our clients
are delighted with our services and can refer others. They will play a key role
in managing the CRM.
Our preferred candidate should have the following:
- Business-related
diploma or degree
- 6
years’ proven customer support experience
- proven
use of CRM systems
- Data
analysis experience
- Good
organization skills
- Proficient
use of GSuite
