CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ADMIN
Our client, a high end
salon is looking to hire a Customer Service/Admin
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Job Summary: Will help customers with
complaints and questions, give customers information about products and
services, take orders and process returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional
attitude towards customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Patiently listens attentively to customer and
connects them with the appropriate department to address their needs.
- Communicating with customers through various
channels.
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the
customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction
or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide
professional customer support.
- Meets regularly with team lead to give feedback to
help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve
customer experience.
- Prepare service reports by collecting and
analyzing customer information.
- Build sustainable relationship of trust through
open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
by using the right method.
- Use telephone, emails or social media to reach out
to customers, answer queries and to resolve customer complaints.
Skills and
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in the relevant field.
- Proven 1- 2 years’ work experience in a customer
service position.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active
listening.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond
to different types of characters.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
and ability to work well with teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
effectively.
- Integrity, hard work ethic, confidence and a good
business sense.
