Elevators & Escalators Service Equipment Administrator
What will you do?
- 2 years of experience in a similar role with strong
focus on administration tasks;
- Diploma in a business or higher will be
advantageous;
- Plan and assign the right maintenance profile to
any new or modified contracts;
- Plan, propose define new maintenance profile,
based on the equipment technical characteristics, that will be valid for
the organization;
- Check the missing equipment technical
characteristics used for the MBM profiles, and to create an inspection
visit to the technician in order to collect them;
- Plan for and create the maintenance visits based
on the schedule and distribute to the technicians and maintain the
“technician to equipment” assignment, based on supervisor decision;
- Monitor, check and correct the right alignment of
the back reported jobs between the systems;
- Accountable to monitor, check and correct the
accuracy of e-mail customer notifications, resending them when necessary;
- Coordinate tools management and control and track
the collection from the stores
- SAP knowledge is preferable;
- Excellent MS Office skills;
- Excellent English language skills and Swahili;
- Organized with excellent communication and follow
up skills.
