Job Description:
The Job holder will serve as a liaison/link/intermediary between
health/social services and the community to facilitate access to services and
improve the quality and cultural competence of service delivery.

1. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in mobilization
and organization of community activities.
Ensure timely updates of
field reports and emerging issues from all implementing schools. Assist in data
collection and monitoring activities in schools.
Assist in community
dialogues and peer-to-peer discussions with beneficiaries.
Assist in community
awareness activities for beneficiaries in the community and schools. Assist in
the provision of timely reports of persons of concern in a particular area of
residence. Organize and conduct spot checks on implementing schools for
continuous monitoring of implementation processes.
Facilitate communication
and school empowerment in interactions with education policies/social service
systems.
Perform other related
duties assigned.
2. Qualifications and skills:
igh school certificate
and CHW training with a minimum of 3 years experience in
community development
engagements and systems.
Additional experience
with school-related engagements and related practices.
