The Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (PSASB), is a
semi-autonomous State Agency established by the Public Finance Management (PFM)
Act No.18 of 2012. The Board is mandated to provide frameworks and set
standards for the development and management of accounting, financial and
internal audit systems for all state organs and public entities. The Board now
invites applications from qualified individuals to fill vacant Internship
positions in the following Departments:
Internal Audit Standards
ELIGIBILITY – The Internship program
is open to:
- Unemployed
Kenyan graduates from accredited training institutions who have completed
their degree courses and have not been exposed to work experience related
to their area of study;
- Candidates
who graduated no more than two (2) years from the time of applying for the
internship opportunity;
- Persons
who have completed their studies and graduated; and
- Persons
who have not benefited from a similar program.
DURATION
The internship period shall be three (3) months with a possibility of extension based on performance and availability of funds
