Job description
Our client is an importer and manufacturer of premium kitchen and wardrobe furniture. They have been serving the Kenyan market for 15 years. They seek to hire a presentable and eloquent lady to fill an Admin Assistant position. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing general coordination of office activities.
Responsibilities

  • Manning the front office. Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • filing
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritising workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced work environment.
  • Diploma in business Administration or other relevant field.
  • Must be Smart, presentable, confident and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
