Customer Service Care Internship in
Nairobi
We are looking for a fresh, fun, and creative individual
with star potential to join our aggressive Customer Service Care Team for
3 months as an attaché. The program aims at providing
the attachés an opportunity to acquire practical aspects of their
respective areas of specialization within Customer Service Care Department as
partial fulfillment of their Diploma/ degree program. During this period,
the attaché will be based in Smoothtel Head Office on Menelik Road, off
Ngong’ Road.
Qualifications
- Be a
Kenyan Citizen aged between 20 and 25 years
- Should
be a continuing student pursuing a Diploma/ Degree from a recognized
University
- Should
have a valid introduction letter from the university
- Should
have an approved application with NITA
- Must
be available full time for the three months duration of the program
- Should
have excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include:
- Tallying
and recording of Job Cards & Delivery Notes
- Updating
and Reorganizing of records on ERP such as files, contacts, customer
feedback, etc.
- Assist
in soft knowledge roles during transition
- Any
other responsibilities assigned
