A leading Manufacturer in the FCMG segment has the following
Vacancy. Shadowing members of the Administration and Sales department as they
perform their duties. Assisting with research, filing, telesales, data
entry, and recording and maintaining accurate administrative and sales records.

Primary Responsibilities
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports
and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Perform personal assistant duties
• Assist in order generation and telesales
• Supporting sales representatives from the office
• Maintain client and supplier information
• Maintenance of company records through a proper filing system
• Provide support to clients by issuing quotations and directives
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and
mail.

Qualifications
• Associate’s Degree / Diploma in administration / sales or
related field.
• Prior administrative experience.
• Excellent computer skills
