Responsibilities

greets all internal and external customers in a courteous and timely

assistance when possible, referring questions and problems to a higher
level as appropriate.

and reinforces customer service behaviors.

seeks opportunities to improve tasks that are within his or her area of

Qualifications
- Minimum
of certificate in customer care services and KCSE Grade of D+ and above
- 2
years of experience in a customer service environment, primarily focused
on customer care.
- Excellent
organization and time management skill
- Ability
to maintain productivity under pressure and to multitask effectively
- Tact,
diplomacy and sensitivity
- Computer
literate
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills
- Interested
