Skyline Sacco Ltd, wishes to recruit
a competent individual to fill the position of Assistant
ICT Manager.
The position will be based at the
Head Office, Eldama Ravine.
Primary Responsibility: Provide supervision of ICT function to ensure that appropriate
technical support is available for software, hardware and communications
services.
Key Responsibilities

Implement Sacco’s ICT policies and
recommend areas of improvement
·
Ensuring appropriate database
management and administration
·
Monitoring information systems and
trouble – shooting of all systems
·
Maintenance of ICT related equipment
and security of hardware and software
·
Advice the management on acquisition
of hardware and software
·
Ensure smooth operation in all
terminals within the LAN and WAN
·
Ensuring systems integrity,
availability and security
·
Maintain a backup system for all the
data in the society and storing the safely
·
Assigning User IDs and User rights
and implementation of controls
·
Advise and provide guidance to the
management on emerging and best ICT practices
·
Coordinate, development and upgrading
of website
·
Ensure all the telecommunication
links are stable at all times
Requirements
·
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
(Business Information Technology) or equivalent and relevant professional
qualification in ICT (ITIL, CCNA, or equivalent)
·
Minimum two (2) years in a similar
role preferably in Financial Service Sector.
·
Knowledge in Sacco operations (BOSA
& FOSA operations)
·
Team player with strong data
analysis, communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Credit Manager.
The position will be based at the Head Office, Eldama
Ravine.
Primary Responsibility: Reporting to the Credit Manager, the function’s primary
responsibility will be to ensure efficient implementation of the Credit policy
in line with the Sacco’s strategic objective.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure growth a quality loan book in
line with departmental strategic objectives,
·
Maintain Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
within set target
·
Ensure loans are approved and
disbursed as per laid down procedures
·
Verify collateral documentation and
ensure security perfection before the loans are disbursed
·
Recommend to the management areas to
be reviewed on Credit Policy
·
Ensure maintenance and safe custody
of all credit documents
·
Supervise and ensure optimal
utilization of Credit Officers
·
Follow up on outstanding loans to
ensure that collection targets are met.
·
In liaison with the Marketing
Department, develop and review the loan product periodically
·
Market and cross sell the SACCO
products and services
·
Attend credit committee meetings
·
Generate and analyze reports for
Management as may be required from time to time.
Requirements
·
Diploma in Credit Management or any
related Business course. A Degree in Business related area and/ or Professional
Certification in Credit Management will be an advantage
·
Work experience for period over 3
years
·
Team player with high levels of
integrity, excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
·
Familiarity with computer, accounting
and spreadsheet applications
