Job Objective
To provide administrative support to the Office of the
Principal and oversee corporate affairs within the Campus.
Responsibilities
·
In liaison with the enrolment and any
other relevant department, monitor all online/social media channels;
·
Coordinate branding strategies and
guide on protocol during Campus functions;
·
Collaborate with relevant departments
to organize CSR events;
·
Oversee the front office and customer
relations function at the Campus;
·
Perform general office duties, such
as ordering supplies and maintaining records, sorting incoming correspondence for
the Principal’s Office;
·
Prepare and compile materials for
conferences, meetings and other engagements;
·
Provide general administrative
support for the office of the Principal including; managing guests, travel
itinerary, manage the Principal’s diary, records management, general
correspondence and organize meetings.
·
Manage budgets for the Principal’s
office while filing returns regularly;
·
Generate reports and manage records
for the Principal’s office.
Qualifications
The candidate should possess the following qualifications and
experience.

Bachelors degree in Business or
related field
·
3-5 years’ experience.

Job Objective
The job holder will market the portfolio of programs in the
School of Business and recruit students.
Responsibilities
·
Generate new student enrollments
through targeted marketing
·
Establish active networks in
the industry and alumni as link to recruit students
·
Use established networks to
recruit new students
·
Identify, call and arrange for
meetings with prospective targets for enrollment.
·
Follow up prospective students
who have shown interest in SOB programs to assist them enroll in their
preferred programs.
·
Devise innovative marketing
strategies for reach out to new clients
·
Advice new and prospective
students about SOB programs and guide them on various study options available
to them that can fit their schedule.
Qualifications

The job holder will be responsible for the business analysis and
financial modelling in the University.
Responsibilities
·
Financial modelling and forecasting

Variance analysis
·
Pricing based on detailed cost
analysis

Prepare reports of all business units
showing their contribution and overhead allocation
·
Co-ordinate and review of daily back
office receipting and banking
·
Preparation of year end budgets and
monthly budget execution reports

Assisting with preparation of month
end accounts

Revenue assurance
·
Billings and sales invoices

Qualifications
The candidate should possess the following qualifications and
experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce,
Business or related area from a recognized university;

Certified Public Accountant of Kenya
and Member of ICPAK in good standing

Job Objective
The job holder will guide and manage the overall University’s
brand and reputation in public, through both oral and written communications.
Responsibilities
·
Develop a Strategic Plan for
Corporate Affairs Department;
·
Develop a communication policy for
the University;
·
Maintain close and active contact
with community leaders to understand the needs of the community and to
determine how best the university might provide support;
·
Build a comprehensive network of
internal and external contacts and decision-makers and maintains strategic and
collaborative relationships with diverse, global groups;
·
Consult with relevant internal
departments in order to project the university’s corporate message to both
external and internal mediums;
·
Represent the university before key
internal and external partners and audiences be face of the university to both
internal and external contacts and stakeholders;
·
Responsible for all internal and
external communications;
·
Public speaking at presentations,
conferences or radio and TV interviews;
·
Represent the company or client at
events;
·
Develop and maintain the University’s
corporate image and identity;
·
Develop and manage budgets for the
department;
·
Develop risk management framework for
the department;
·
Direct activities of external agencies,
establishments and departments that develop and implement communication
strategies and information programs;
·
Develop, implement and evaluate
communications strategies;
·
Take editorial responsibility for the
organizations website, and other corporate communications tools;
Qualifications
The candidate should possess the following qualifications and
experience
·
Master degree in Communication
Studies /Public Relations or related field
·
Professional qualification in
relevant field ex: Higher Diploma in Communication/Public Relations
·
6 to 8 years’ experience with
at least 3 years’ experience at a management level.
·
