French Teacher
Job Overview
The teacher should demonstrate fluency in the French language
and proficiency for teaching and must have a bachelor’s degree/diploma either
in education or French and satisfy all teaching certification requirements.
Key duties and responsibilities and job dimensions

Prepare and deliver French lessons to
students of diverse age groups.
·
Evaluate and grade students’ class
work, assignments, and papers.
·
Prepare course materials such as
syllabi, homework assignments, and lesson notes.
·
Initiate, facilitate, and moderate
classroom discussions.
·
Maintain student attendance records,
grades, and other required records.
·
Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula,
course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.
·
Maintain records of students’
assessment results, progress, feedback, or school performance,
·
Provide private instruction to
individual or small groups of students to improve academic performance, improve

Assistant Class Teacher
Job Description
To supervise the students and provide learning support and
guidance. He / She should be ready to assist the lead teacher with the
development and implementation of education plans as well as identify and
solve issues with the educational, social and emotional development of
learners. The Assistant Teacher should be committed to developing
meaningful relationships with pupils and giving constructive feedback to
help them grow and improve.

To be responsible for creating a flexible elementary grade program
and a class environment favourable to learning and personal growth; this is
aimed at ultimately developing strong, ethical, community centred female
leaders of tomorrow.
Responsibilities

Teach: reading, language arts, social
studies, art, health, physical education, and music to students.
·
Develop lesson plans and
instructional materials.
·
Provide individualized and small
group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each
student.
·
Create and use variety of instruction
strategies,
·
Translate lesson plans into learning
experiences.

Establish and maintain standards of
student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the

IT Officer
Job Description
SHOFCO is seeking a results-oriented and innovative IT Officer
to join a vibrant IT team. The IT Officer will be responsible for
installing and maintaining computer networks, communication systems, business
systems, hardware and software. Other responsibilities include working with the
systems administrators to document designs and architectures, workflow
diagrams, standard operating procedures and systems solutions, and working with
external technology partners.
Responsibilities

Maintain system efficiency and ensure
design of system allows all components to work properly together.
·
Analyse and isolate issues and
troubleshoot problems reported by users.
·
Maintain networks integrity and
ensure systems security.
·
Monitoring systems for performance,
security and availability.
·
Produce user and support guides in
tandem with best practice.
·
Educate and coach users in the proper
use of systems.
·
Contribute to change projects.
·
As required, administer servers,
desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software
deployment, security updates and patches.
·
Participate in IT project management
to ensure success in IT projects.
·
Participate in design, implementation
and support of Networks infrastructure.
Qualifications
·
At least 4 years’ experience in IT
systems administration, IT operations and management.
·
Bachelors degree in Information
Technology, BBIT or any other related field.
·
Qualification in Information
Technology or any other related field.
·
ITIL, CCNA and A+ certifications are
desired.
·
Working knowledge of infrastructure
including servers, storage, firewalls, routers etc. or working knowledge of
software (APIs, programming, configuration).
·
Skills in ERP implementation and
support is a strong plus.
·
Working Knowledge in database
administration especially ORACLE and SQL.
·
Working Knowledge of Salesforce
Administration is desired.
