Human Resource & Administration Officer (1) Ref No. CAK/01.11/2019


Responsibilities
·         Providing administrative support in the implementation of policies and procedures e.g. issuance and updating of staff name tags and medical cards;
·         Participating in staff recruitment by downloading applications and preparing the list
of applicants;
·          Providing administrative support in organizing for internal training programs;


·          Collating Performance Management System forms;
·         Carrying out pre -induction preparation for new hires and ensuring that the necessary forms are filled in when a new hire reports;
·         Updating staff records;
·         Preparing quarterly reports for the statutory agencies in liaison with the respective
committees;
·         Processing of Pay Change Advices in the payroll;
·          Handling staff welfare issues which involves facilitating smooth running of Group Insurance Policy (Medical, GPA/WIBA and Group Life), provide administrative support to CAK welfare association and handle staff general correspondence;
·          Receiving and processing of payment documents in respect of administrative and
outsourced services;
·          Handling all official travel arrangements; and
·         Receiving and handling staff request for transport services.
Qualifications
·         Have Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines:- Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Public Administration, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
·          Be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management;
·          Be proficient in computer applications;
·          Good communication and interpersonal skills;
·          Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; and
·          Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the constitution.

Investigations Officer- Pricing (1) Ref No. CAK/02.11/2019
Responsibilities
·          Assisting in carrying out investigations of complaints relating to payment terms, delivery and return of goods, transfer of commercial risks and costs and imposition of other unfavourable terms of trade on suppliers;
·         Assisting in carrying out investigations of complaints of discriminatory, arbitrary or any other unfavourable treatment of private labels versus branded goods;
·         Collecting and collating of evidence for allocated cases;
·          Assisting in gathering intelligence on any buyer power infractions in the market;
·         Participating in carrying out departmental awareness activities; and
·         Participating in the implementation of policies and quality management procedures to enable the department function effectively;

Qualifications
·          Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: – Economics, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
·          Proficiency in computer applications;
·          Good Communication skills;
·          Good Interpersonal skills;
·          Excellent Analytical skills; and
·          Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

Analyst – Contracts Division (1) Ref No. CAK/03.11/2019
Job Description
·          Assisting in the analysis of allocated cases on contravention of Buyer Power;
·         Collecting data and information on contravention of Buyer Power ;
·         Tabulating data on contravention of Buyer Power;
·         Drafting reports on allocated cases on contravention of Buyer Power;
·          Assisting in research on best practices on Buyer Power enforcement;
·          Assisting in implementing the Departmental deliverables, policies and procedures;
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:- Economics, Statistics or Business related discipline from a recognized institution;
·         Proficiency in computer applications;
·         Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; and
·          Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
