Main Purpose: Reporting to the Administrator, the successful candidate will
help in running the day to day operations of the house keeping responsibilities
like, cleaning, laundry works, food quality amongst others.
Duties and Responsibilities shall
include but not limited to:

Assigns and supervise workers their
duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of
cleanliness.
·
Investigating complaints regarding
housekeeping service and equipment, and taking corrective action.
·
Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned
immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work
assignments.
·
Coordinating work activities among
departments.
·
Conducting orientation training and
in-service training to explaining policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate
use and maintenance of equipment.
·
Check stocking levels of all
consumables and replace when appropriate.
·
Evaluating records to forecast
department personnel requirements.
·
Makes recommendations to improve
service and ensure more efficient operations on a regular basis.
·
Prepares reports concerning room
occupancy and department expenses.
·
Ensuring that all rooms are inspected
and cared for according to standards.
·
Protecting equipment and ensure that
there are no inadequacies.
·
Notifying superiors on any damages,
deficits and disturbances.
·
Dealing with complaints and requests
with professionalism and patience.
·
Adhering strictly to rules regarding
health and safety and be aware of any company related practices.
Job Requirement
·
Diploma in Hospitality from a
recognized institution.
·
Degree in Hospitality will be an
added advantage.
·
Minimum of two year relevant
experience.

Job Title: Business Development and Strategy Officer
Location: Migori

Main Purpose: Responsible
for planning, development and implementation of all of the organizations
marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities,
both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support
materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications
and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing and coordinates at
the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Responsible for creating,
implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing,
communications program that will enhance the organizations image and position
within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and
external communications.
·
Develop short and long-term plans and
budgets for the marketing/communications program and its activities, monitor
progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
·
Work with the organizational
leadership to create marketing programs that showcase the organizations
strengths and reaches target audiences.
·
Take the lead in developing
opportunities for the organization with trade and other media to positively
influence the organizations reputation. This includes attending public relation
events and trade shows.
·
Responsible for all organizational
marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials
including publications, media relations and press release.
·
Responsible for editorial direction,
design, production and distribution of all organization publications.
·
Ensure that the organization
regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this
activity. Monitor trends.

Providing hands on support to the

Job Title: Optometrist
Location: Nairobi
Job Type: Full
Time
Main Purpose: To
examine eyes and visual system, diagnose problems or impairments, prescribe
corrective lenses, and provide treatment. May prescribe therapeutic drugs to
treat specific eye conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Provide outpatient care for patients
with eye-related disorders and conditions
·
Conduct routine eye examinations,
including visual field tests
·
Determine each patient’s visual
acuity, field of vision and hand-eye coordination
·
Take detailed medical histories for
all patients, including current and past prescription medications
·
Evaluate eye-related symptoms, such
as discharge, redness and inflammation
·
Prescribe corrective lenses when
required
·
Refer patients to board-certified
ophthalmologists when required for more holistic eye care
·
Educate patients on proper eye care
·
Identify eye health safety factors
that could impact vision, such as working around chemicals or in front of a
computer
·
Advise patients about proper eye
hygiene and care
·
Review and update Standard Operating
Procedures and Policies for the Eye clinic department
·
Review and update budget for Eye
clinic department.
