Officer
Job Summary
Assist
the General Manager Marketing on the Internal and External Branding together
with the Social Media Synchronization, ensure the Institution is on all Social
Channels that the client can connect with us whilst managing the same.
Responsibilities
·
Develop & Implement the marketing
strategy and the marketing calendar which should include branches and other
line departments
·
Develop online Procedures and
Policies
·
Create and Manage the content on the
Website
·
Create, maintain and analyse the
information that goes on the authorised online platforms
·
Ensure there is accountability on
what is being posted and goes through the set process
·
Develop complaints process and
procedure with set timelines to be responded in to manage the brand image,
synergising with the Customer Service for prompt feedback.
·
Develop a weekly calendar of the
events and information that will be showcased on the various authorised
platforms
·
Assisting in external branding
activities and events organisation
·
Designs for various Artworks for all
departments for internal and external branding
·
Develop Brochures as and when required
·
Preparation and Printing of the
Quarterly Newsletter
Qualifications
Education
·
University degree in business
·
Graphic Designing – Certification
Experience
·

Relationship Officer (Bancassurance)
Job Summary
To
Create, Manage and fulfil the relationships with Financial Institutions
including banks, micro finances and credit institutions with Insurance
penetration to grow premiums.
Responsibilities
·
Create and Manage the existing
relationships with the Financial Institutions on board, including growing and
serving all banks under one’s portfolio.
·
Ensure good synergy between the
Underwriting Units and Business Development
·
Make regular visits to bank branches
in order to establish key relations with Relationship Managers and Branch
Managers and grow and service business through this distribution channel.
·
Answer and manage all requests that
come through the bank on insurance requirements.
·
Analyse the daily marketing report on
the Banc assurance premium booked and incorporating market analysis data and
intelligence.
·
Play an integral role in developing
Service Level Agreements with banks and ensuring they are correctly executed.
·
Hold joint meeting with banks to
visit clients seeking insurance requirements for credit facilities.
·
Train bank staff on the various
insurance products available for credit facilities.
·
Develop an effective data sharing
system between the bank and insurance provider to guarantee prompt service to
bank clients.
·
Monitor and Increase the strike rate
to close quotations on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications
·
Graduate in relevant marketing
degree.
·
Certification in a professional
qualification
Skills
·
Insurance products knowledge.
·
Good Communication Skills,
Organizational Skills, People Skills, Teamwork Skills, and Self-Supervising.
Working Experience
·
4 years’ Experience.
