Administration Internship

The successful applicants will be required to have the following documents listed below in line with the Internship Policy and Guidelines for the Public Service;
·         Valid certificate of good conduct
·         Personal accident insurance cover for the internship period
·         Copy of PIN certificate
·         National Identity Card (ID) or copy of Passport

·         Two (2) colored passport size photos

Human Resource Management Internship
Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any of the following: Human Resources/Management/Social Sciences from a recognized institution; and
·         Be computer literate.

Monitoring & Evaluation Internship
Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any of the following: Statistics/Economics/Mathematics from a recognized institution; and;
·         Be computer literate.

Legal Affairs Internship
Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree/Diploma from a university recognized in Kenya; and
·         Be computer literate.

Marketing, Research & Communications Internship
Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in either Marketing/Communications/Public Relations/Publishing Development/Journalism/Mass Communication from a recognized institution; and;
·         Be computer literate.

ICT Internship
Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information technology/ Business Information Technology from a recognized institution; and
·         Be computer literate.

Audit & Risk Internship
Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution; and
·         Be computer literate.

Supply Chain Management Internship
Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution; and
·         Be computer literate.

CEO’s Office Internship
Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Economics/Finance/Management/Operations/Human Resources from a recognized institution; and;
·         Be computer literate.

Credit Internship (23 Posts)

Qualifications
For appointment to a position in this section, an intern must have the following minimum requirements:
·         Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Economics/Finance/Credit/Operations from a recognized institution; and;
·         Be computer literate.

Eligibility and Duration of Internship
Be unemployed Kenyan graduates of degree/diploma programmes from recognized training institutions who have completed their degree courses and have not been exposed to work experience related to their area of study.
The above positions are on a maximum twelve (12) Month strictly nonrenewable contract. The individuals recruited shall be of high integrity and must satisfy the requirements of Leadership and Integrity set out in Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
A stipend of Kshs 20,000 per month will be paid for the duration of the internship contract.
