·         Computation of financial or statistical records based on routine or special sources of information;
·         Preparing payment vouchers;

·         Drafting simple letters;
·         Perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities as shall be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
·         Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) C- (Minus) or its approved equivalent;
OR
·         Kenya certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) D+(Plus) and a Diploma in any of the following disciplines; Business Management, Information Communication Technology (ICT), Public Relations.
·         Kenya Accounts Technician Certificate (KATC), Kenya Administration and Management Examination (KAME) or any other approved equivalent qualification from a recognized institution will be added advantage
·         Proficiency in computer applications

Records Management Officer

Responsibilities
·         Receiving, sorting, opening, filing, minuting and distribution of mails;
·         Dispatching of mails and guiding on disposal of files;
·         Ensuring that file covers are well maintained;
·         Ensuring security of files and documents;
·         Perform any other duties and responsibilities as shall be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
·         Kenya certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C (Plain) from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
·         A Diploma in Records/Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

Records Management Officer II

Responsibilities
·         Ensuring that files are well maintained;
·         Documents are carefully handled;
·         Pending correspondence and bring-ups are checked and appropriate action taken;
·         Mails are received, sorted, opened, and dispatched and related registers are maintained;
·         Ensure security of information, documents, files and office equipment;
·         Supervise, guide and develop staff working under him/her.
·         The officer will initiate appraisal and disposal of files/documents in liaison with National Archives and documentation services;
·         Preparing disposal schedules and disposing dead files in accordance with relevant Government regulations; and
·         Perform any other lawful duties and responsibilities as shall be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in information science/Records management or any of the related Social Sciences from a recognized institution;
OR
·         Served in the grade of Records Management Officer III for a minimum period of at least three (3) Years.
·         Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Data Officer
