Responsibilities

Providing dental care including:
diagnosing common oral conditions, treating, prescribing and referring;
·
Carrying out minor oral and maxillofacial
surgery;

Prosthetics and conservative
dentistry;
·
Facilitating admission, disease
investigations of patients, report writing and assisting in theatre activities;
·
Collecting information on dental
health information system;
·
Organizing discharge summaries and
follow-up of patients; and
·
Acting as the first on call on duty.

Served in the grade of Chief Human
Resource Management Officer l or its equivalent for a minimum period of three
(3) years;
·
Master’s degree in Human
Resource/Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Public/Business
Administration, Government or any other relevant qualification from a
recognized institution;
·
Shown merit and ability as reflected
in work performance and results.
Responsibilities
·
An officer at this level will be
responsible to a senior Assistant Director of Human Resource Management for
planning, organizing, administration and control of the activities in Human
Resource units;
·
Analyzing the utilization of the
human resource in the Department and advising on proper deployment;
·
Making proposals on Human resource
planning and succession management;
·
Analyzing staff performance and
career progression and making appropriate recommendations;
·
Ensuring correct interpretation and
implementation of human resource management policies, rules and regulations
including those relating to pensions, salary administration, labour laws and
other statutes that impact on the human resource.

Responsibilities
·
Provision of direct clinical care of
patients, especially in acute care;
·
Supervision and teaching of the
junior medical staff;
·
Evaluation of quality of care
outcomes and the implementation of initiatives to enhance quality;
·
Provision of general medicine
expertise, which extends to leading the junior and senior doctors in the
department’s medical team and receiving referrals from other medical
practitioners within the County;
·
Lead the multidisciplinary team to
provide specialist medical services to patients;
·
Promote patient safety and quality of
care and provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education
for doctors in training,
