Responsibilities

Collecting statistical records
·
Carrying out transactions relate d to
accounts or personal information

Filing receipts, receiving, sorting
out, filing and dispatching correspondence
·
Receiving, recording, folioing and
filing applications for registration and licensing documents
·
Preparing initial documents for
issuance of stores
·
Preparing Pay Change Advices (PCAs)
·
Checking general office cleaning
Qualifications
·
Kenya Certificate of Secondary
Education, Mean Grade C- (minus)
·
Certificate in computer application
skills from a recognized institution
·
Demonstrate an understanding of and
commitment to the values and principles outlined in Articles 10 and 232 of the
Constitution.
·
Satisfy the requirements of Chapter 6
of the Constitution of Kenya
