Job Title: Radiographer
Location: Kisii Doctors’ Plaza
Job Type: Full Time
Main Purpose: Reporting to the Administrator, the successful candidate will help in running the day to day operation in the radiography section of the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
·         Assess patients and their clinical requirements to work out which radiographic techniques to use;
·         Perform a range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce high-quality images;
·         Take responsibility for radiation safety in your work area, including checking equipment for malfunctions and errors;
·         Manage referrals to ensure patients receive a radiation dose as low as reasonably possible;
·         Supervise visiting staff and patients in radiation work areas;
·         Help in more complex radiological examinations, working with doctors such as radiologists and surgeons;
Job Requirement
·         Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences from a recognized institution
·         Registration with the Radiation Protection Board.
·         Minimum of one year relevant experience

Job Title: Accounts Clerk
Location: Siaya and Nyamira
Job Type: Full Time Contractual
Main Purpose: Reporting to the Accountant, the successful candidate will help the Accounts Department to do the duties of accounting nature with the team in the delivery of services efficiently and effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
·         Ensuring effective administration of petty cash. .
·         Proper handling of petty.
·         Petty cash disbursement.
·         Preparation of daily detailed cash analysis.
·         Daily posting of the cash sales in the QuickBooks system. Upon approval of the daily cash analysis by the chief accountant.
·         Posting of petty cash expenses in the QuickBooks system.
Job Requirement
·         Degree/Diploma in Business Management Accounting Option.
·         CPA Holder.
·         Must be of high integrity
·         Comfortable with computer applications
·         Customer friendly.
·         Well versed in Accounting applications e.g. QuickBooks etc.
·         Ability to multitask
·         Transparent and honest

Job Title: Public Relations Officer
Location: Nairobi
Job Type: Full Time
Main Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Administrator, the successful candidate will help in running the day to day public relations matters e.g. communication.
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
·         Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies
·         Handle all critical communication for the group
·         Organize and manage various Public Relations activities

·         Measure performance of each activity and event
·         Determine KPIs for PR
·         Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
·         Use different channels to optimize campaign’s reach and success
·         Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand
·         Arrange and coordinate interviews
Job Requirement
·         Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist for 2 year(s)
·         Degree in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field
·         2 years of experience with Social Media management
·         Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
·         Outstanding organizational and time management skills
·         Aptitude in presentation and public speaking

Job Title: Intern – Credit Controller
Location: Nairobi
Job Type: Full Time
Main Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Administrator, the successful candidate will help in running the day to day public relations matters e.g. communication.
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
·         Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
·         Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
·         Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
·         Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
·         Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team
·         Check customer’s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements
Job Requirement
·         Bachelor’s degree requirement in a finance or business related field of study.
·         Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
·         Good business acumen for problem solving
·         Competency with large ERP systems
·         Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
