Summary
To
Ensure proper front office guidance and assistance to both internal and
external customers and promotion of corporate brand and image of the Institute
and implementation of communications policy and strategy
Responsibilities
·
Taking charge of the reception desk;
·
Profiling visitors;
·
Receiving and ushering guests;
·
Maintaining daily record of visitors
details;
·
Maintaining good ambience in the
reception area;
·
Responding to visitors queries;
·
Receiving, guiding and directing
visitors to designated offices and areas;
·
Issuing passes to visitors;
·
Answering Institute phone lines; and
·
Capturing feedback from
visitors/guests.
Qualifications
For
appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
·
Diploma in Customer Service, Public
Relations or related field
·
KCSE
·
Computer skills
·
Demonstrated professional competence
Attributes

the ability to prioritize work
·
Attention to detail and
problem-solving skills
·
Excellent communication skills
·
A positive attitude and excellent
interpersonal skills
