Graphic & Web Designer

We are looking for a talented graphics and web designer to create amazing user experiences & websites. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design having superior user interface design skills. The candidate should have a minimum 2 year proven experience.
o    Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to clients.
o    Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
o    Create wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
o    Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive levels
o    Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
o    Provide user-centered design expertise from concept to delivery, and from reporting to analysis
o    Design and develop responsive websites using the latest HTML5 standards to support various products.
o    Test websites and applications for accessibility and usability.
o    Participate in preparing requirements and specification.
o    Develop creative graphics, designs & web pages based on client direction.
o    Maintaining web content and undertake website updates for clients.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of graphics and web design experience
Education/Training: Post-secondary education in Web Design or Graphic Arts & Design
o    Proven work experience as a web designer
o    Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
o    Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
o    Proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
o    Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
o    Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
o    Ability to work independently on complete projects.
o    Ability to meet project delivery timelines.
o    WordPress and Joomla experience is a must.
o    Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
o    Candidate proficient with graphics softwares such as Photoshop, illustrator, etc will be a plus
o    Good at following practices like W3C standards, tableless layout, cross browser compatibility & SEO friendly markup.
o    Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
o    Motivated to achieve and exceed client expectations, value client retention and want to be trusted to take ownership of design.

Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive’s role is to strategize, execute and analyze overall marketing initiatives resulting into qualified business leads and revenue generation
o    Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company.
o    Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules for Ebits Online Ltd and its Social media marketing customers.
o    Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.
o    Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages users to take action.
o    Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
o    Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
o    Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
o    Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels, and email
o    Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Bachelor’s degree in marketing domain with at least 2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
o    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
o    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
o    Extensive experience in using email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Sendgrid etc.
o    Excellent written and oral communication skills
o    Excellent interpersonal skills
o    Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
o    Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
o    Keen attention to detail
