Cooler Technician

An Exciting position has arisen at Equator Bottlers Limited for the position of Cooler Technician. Equator Bottlers Limited (EBL) is based in Kisumu, Kenya and was established in 1966. Equator Bottlers is a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA).
CCBA represents the creation of one of the largest bottlers in the Coca-Cola system and the number one Bottler in Africa. CCBA produces and sells 40% of all the Coca-Cola volumes on the African content. There are more than 30 bottling plants across the CCBA territories.

Reporting to the CDE Team Leader, the purpose of this position is to ensure all Company coolers are repaired and well maintained to ensure availability of drinks at the right tempreture.
Responsibilities
1. Execution of planned maintenance activities.
2. Breakdown repairs and troubleshooting of faults.
3. Meeting quality requirements.
4. Ensure equipment operate at optimum.
5. Predict breakdowns and carry out improvements to reduce these breakdowns.
6. Perform both checklist and RCA for coolers and report the same to supervisor for action.
Education
1. Diploma in Refrigeration and Air conditioning.
2. 3-5 years experience in a busy motor vehicle garage.

Stock Controller

Responsibilities
1. Ensure all stock can be accounted for.
2. Capturing movement of stock in the system.
3. Recommend optimal Warehouse layout.
4. Monitors stock rotation and initiates write off of obsolete stock.
5. Captures breaks and shorts (Warehouse breakages, Truck breakages, destroyed stock, stock adjustments, trade replacements and returns).
Experience
1. Degree in Supply chain Management.
2. 3-5 years experience in a busy FMCG environment.
3. SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities / Tasks

Assistant Brand Mgr Islands & Mid-Africa

The Assistant Brand Manager – Islands & Mid-Africa is responsible for leading and supporting the inception and execution of key marketing projects focused on Innovation affecting the Islands & Mid-Africa Cluster markets (12 markets); ultimately delivering positive volume & brand love growth. Specifically, working with the Senior Brand Managers, RnD, Commercialization with Implementation of the Innovation projects.

o    The person will work closely with the Commercialization team, the RnD team, the Supply chain, the franchise and the marketing teams.
o    The person will have rigorous project management approach to Innovation inputting into the internal tools of TCCC used in WABU – Coke works and Work front particularly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o    Entry level Role with 0-3 years within TCCC or Other Global FMCG company
o    Ability to collaborate in an International / Global cultural context is critical considering the diversity of the Business Unit:
