Front Office Receptionist Job in Kenya (15K)

Our client is an importer and manufacturer of premium kitchen and wardrobe furniture with their office in Industrial Area. They seek to hire a motivated front office receptionist to manage day-to-day front office and administration functions of the company.

Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Location: Industrial Area, Nairobi
Salary: 15K (with probation period of 3 months)
Responsibilities
·         Man the front office and operate the switchboard

·         Ensure all visitors are assisted promptly and professionally
·         Responding to customer queries
·         Managing correspondence and dispatch both internal and externally
·         Liaising with various service providers
·         Maintaining files, materials, information, schedules and related data
·         Maintains office hygiene
·         Support staff on admin and operational issues
·         Report writing and report generation when required
·         Front office management to include: Ensure reception area is tidy, offering coffee and tea for visitors
·         Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Qualifications
·         A certificate or diploma in business or secretarial studies
·         At least 1 years’ experience working as a receptionist or secretary is preferred
·         Minimum KCSE Grade C+
·         Must be Computer literate
·         Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·         Should be below the age of 25
