Your Role
Responsibilities
·
Achieve high levels of customer
satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and
assuring quality of goods, including accurate filling and preparation and
documentation
·
Report to the line manager on all
warehouse related issues
·
Implement and manage processes that
will deliver the HSE standards set by the group
·
Measure and report the effectiveness
of all warehousing activities
·
Keep accurate inventory records,
including all systems and physical movements, to ensure there are no variances
and stock losses
·
Maintain the storage area by
organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles to achieve
world-class warehousing best practice
·
Supervise and control order picking,
goods-in / goods-out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and
stock damage
·
Organize, facilitate and manage stock
take at regular intervals
·
Ensure security of warehouse
environment and maintain access control ensuring 5S, housekeeping standards are
maintained
·
Ensure that all relevant procedures,
SOPs and routines are followed and adhered to in line with the company policy,
procedures and requirements
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain
management, logistics, Business administration or a related qualification
·
3-5 years managing inventory in a
manufacturing environment
·
Experience supervising and managing a
team
·
Ability to solve problems
independently in a fast-paced environment
·
Attention to detail with experience
in management of operations
·
Strong results and customer service
orientation
·
Ability to manage multiple priorities
and flexible workloads
·
Good communication and time

Experience with ERP software

Your Role
As Principal Android Engineer, you
will lead the technical strategy, design, and development of high quality
Android applications to help deliver a first of its kind technology solution in
Kenya and beyond in collaboration with our team of passionate Product Managers
and Engineers.
Responsibilities
·
Lead work streams with Product and QA
to design and develop our Android applications
·
Work with peers to find efficient
solutions for architectural problems
·
Lead code reviews, tech sessions and
provide regular direction, mentoring, and coaching to developers on best
practices and improvement initiatives
·
Improve test automation by writing
unit tests and guiding others in this process
·
Implement CI/CD processes
·
Keep up to date with open-source
Android ecosystem to ensure new frameworks and technologies are being used in
KOKO’s applications
·
Manage Level 3 support functions for
production systems which include immediate fixes to any critical defects or
essential enhancements in the live systems and setting a high standard for such
support service levels within the engineering team
·
Contribute to building a strong
culture of technical excellence within the team
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
or equivalent experience
·
Expert understanding of Java and
Android SDK, Gradle, and third party frameworks, tools, and SDKs, such as
Retrofit
·
Significant experience working with
product managers, designers, and QA in a SCRUM environment
·
Strong knowledge of Android UI design
principles, patterns, and best practices
·
Expertise in integrating Android
applications with back-end services including offline and synchronisation
techniques
·
Experience developing real-time,
low-latency, high-availability, and high performing applications using IoT
technologies and communications (MQTT, etc.)
·
Experience working with hardware
devices and hardware communications protocols (Serial USB, RS232, other
Hardware comms)
·
Experience with distributing mobile
applications via public app stores and/or enterprise channel as well as via
bespoke channels
·
Ability to communicate with all
levels of management and peers within the organisation
·
Ability to prioritise work and tasks

Your Role
As Product Manager, Ad Tech, you will
lead the product design, development, and release of the KOKO advertising
platform from inception to launch. As the product is in early stages of
development, the successful candidate will also be responsible for selection of
appropriate tools, technologies and platforms, negotiations with vendors,
preparing technical and marketing assets, and pitching to potential
advertisers.
Responsibilities

Manage the success of AdTech platform
and services, including strategy, product roadmap, product design and
specification, quality, sales enablement and launch

Establish a product roadmap based on
data, research and feedback from clients, customer success team, marketing and
sales

Engage and work closely with the
Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods,
as well as a reasonable execution schedule

analytics function by generating data-driven insights to guide commercial and

helping to shape our overall vision & strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in
Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Economics (Master’s degree a plus)

Experience in data analysis,
consulting, finance, or other quantitatively rigorous role (ideally, 3-5+
years)
·
The ability to balance priorities,
clarify stakeholder requirements, pay keen attention to detail, and generally
keep deliverables on schedule

Proficiency with Tableau and/or
Looker, SQL, Excel, and statistical methods (Python an added plus)
