Receptionist Job in Kenya (20K)

Our client a manufacturing company is looking to hire a dedicated Receptionist to join their team.
Responsibilities
·         Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
·         Making Phone calls and routing calls to appropriate persons
·         Receiving and Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

·         Be able to do web based research and develop data bases.
·         Skills in using the computer, Microsoft Word, Excel and be able to do web based research and from data bases.
·         Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
·         Create and Maintain address books.
·         Greet and assist visitors.
·         Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

·         Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
·         Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Qualifications
·         Necessary Academic qualification in related field.
·         1 to 2 years’ experience in administration or Receptionist.
·         Excellent computer skills, especially in word, excel, Web based research and computations of data bases.
·         Attention to detail.
·         Be able to multitask
·         Be polite and Attentive
·         Multilingual may be preferred or required.
·         Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
