Client is currently looking to hire an Accounts Assistant.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
·
Ensuring financial transactions are
properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting systems
·
Processing receipts, sales invoices
and payments
·
Ensuring that accounts are accurately
monitored and recorded
·
Sending of invoice and Statements to
clients
·
Billing payables
·
Filing of finance Documents
·
Reconciliation of Supplier invoices
·
Undertaking daily bank and pay
bill reconciliations
·
Processing LPOs
·
Reconciling SVU journeys
·
Requisition of Petty cash and
posting
·
Stock reconciliation
·
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
·
Degree in Finance or Accounting
·
CPA or ACCA with atleast 2 years
experience in accounting
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(mastery of Excel & Word)
·
Knowlege of Accounting Systems
