The role will include the following
responsibilities:

Keep front desk tidy and presentable
with all necessary material.
·
Welcome guests, respond to queries
from both clients and employees.
·
Answer all incoming calls and
redirect them or keep messages.
·
Contact potential or existing
customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
·
Direct prospects to the field sales
team when needed
·
Distribute and store correspondence
(e.g. letters, emails and packages)
·
Maintain and update company
databases.
·
Organize a filing system for
important and confidential company documents.
·
Maintain a company calendar and
schedule appointments.
·
Book meeting rooms as required.
·
Prepare reports and presentations
with statistical data, as assigned.
·
Monitor office supplies and place
orders when necessary.
·
Prepare regular reports on expenses
and office budgets.
·
Schedule in-house and external
events.
·
Manage Junior Administration staff.
·
Take up other duties as assigned
(travel arrangements, accommodation, schedules etc.).
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Required
·
Proven experience as front desk
representative, agent or relevant position.
·
Solid knowledge of office procedures.
·
Experience with office management
software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
·
Strong organization skills with a
problem-solving attitude.
·
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
·
Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills.
·
Attention to detail.
·
High school diploma; additional
qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

programs including Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of video editing

as possible.

are on the hunt for an intern who understands that business development is a
combination of idea planning, execution, product development, strategic
analysis, problem finding and solving, marketing and sales and is eager to grow
their professional repertoire in these areas by gaining some real-world
experience.
Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and solidifying
product ideas, development, planning and execution
·
Assist in conducting market research,
generating product requirements, determining specifications, production
timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction
·
Assist in developing marketing
strategies and managing existing projects for the Lipa Later Brand
·
Assist in creating and maintaining
comprehensive project documentation, tracking project performance, specifically
to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
