Technical Managers
Reporting To: General Manager – Technical
Job Objective: The Technical Manager will be responsible
for the development of maintenance schedules and management of the day-to-day
activities of the technical department to ensure all time availability of
machines and infrastructure to support the manufacturing department.
Key Responsibilities
·
Ensure machines, equipment, and utilities are available for
production at all times.
Minimum qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills
·
The ideal candidate must have a degree in Mechanical or
Electrical Engineering or
·
Proven track record of at least 8 years of practical working
experience in a Food or Beverage processing industry.
·
Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Maintenance Technicians
Reporting To: Technical
Manager
Job Objective: The
Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general and preventative
maintenance of production machines and equipment in accordance to set company
standards.
Key Responsibilities
·
Ensure production equipment are maintained and repaired.
Minimum
qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills
·
Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
·
Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance in either Dairy or
Beverage sector.
·
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
·
Must be able to work in a team.
