Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff.
Warehouse Manager Job Duties:
·         Maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

·         Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
·         Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
·         Maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
·         Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
·         Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
·         Maintains warehouse staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
·         Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
·         Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Warehouse Manager Skills and Qualifications:
·         Degree in logistics, procurement or any related field is an added advantage
·         Supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analysing Information , Equipment Maintenance, Judgment

Job Title: Service Center Manager
Job Description: Service Center Manager attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job functions:
·         Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
·         Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
·         Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
·         Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
·         Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
·         Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
·         Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

·         Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
·         Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
·         Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
·         Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Job Title: Junior Accountant
Job Duties:
·         Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
·         Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
·         Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
·         Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
·         Reconcile accounts payable and receivables
·         Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
·         Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
·         Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Junior Accountant Skills and Qualifications:
·         At least 2 years work experience
·         Diploma/Degree preferable
·         Experience in accounting systems added advantage.
