Pharmacist 
Group ‘M’
Responsibilities
·         Coordinate delivery of pharmaceutical services, for both inpatient and outpatient;
·         Management of patients/clients requiring specialized pharmaceutical services;
·         Supervision of pharmaceutical technologists and support staff deployed in the pharmacy department;
·         Conduct routine trainings to brief clinicians on updates related to pharmaceutical products and information;
·         Coordinate pharma-covigillance activities and ensure patient safety is guaranteed; and
·         Any other related duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
·         Holder of Bachelor of Pharmacy degree;
·         Valid practicing license and a letter of Good Standing from the Pharmacy and Poisons board;
·         Successfully undertook one year of internship;
·         A certificate in health commodity management is an added advantage; and
·         Be computer literate.

Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse III

Community Oral Health Officer

Requirements

Orthopaedic & Trauma Technician (Plaster Technician)

Responsibilities
·         Manipulate and reduce fractures and dislocations;
·         Fix and remove casts and bandages to and from patients;
·         Correct congenital talipes;
·         Participate in management of minor orthopaedic and trauma cases; and
·         Counsel patients/clients on orthopaedic issues.
Requirements
·         Certificate in either orthopaedic plaster and trauma technology or orthopaedic plaster technology; and
·         Be computer literate.

Nutrition and Dietetics Technologist III
Job Group ‘H’
Responsibilities
·         Conducting nutrition assessments;
·         Collecting and compiling nutrition data;
·         Providing nutrition health education and demonstrations;
·         Counseling of patients with specific nutritional needs;
·         Monitoring preparation of therapeutic feeds; and
·         Implementing outpatient and inpatient supplementary and therapeutic feeding programmes.
Requirements
·         Diploma in community nutrition, clinical nutrition, or nutrition and dietetics from a recognized institution;
·         Registered by the Council of the Institute of Nutrition and Dietetics; and
·         Be computer literate.

Dental Technologist III
Job Group ‘H’
Responsibilities
·         Provide supportive clinical dentistry services;
·         Design and construction of prosthesis and appliance to restore lost teeth and tissue;
·         Conduct dental clinic including attending to dental patients in outpatient section;
·         Make mouth guards used by those with bruxism problems; and
·         Make obturators and prosthesis used by people with cleft palate.
Requirements
·         Diploma in Dental Technology;
·         Registered with Kenya Dental Technologist Association;
·         Valid practicing license and letter of good standing from the Kenya Dental Technologists Association; and
·         Be computer literate.

Deputy County Attorney
Responsibilities
·         Deputise the County Attorney;
·         Policing on administration of justice and rule of law;
·         Coordinate Legal Policy formulation and management;
·         Offer legal aid to the Departments and Divisions;
·         Shall coordinate integrity and ethics issues at the County and shall, in performance of this duty liaise with the
·         Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission and other related agencies;
·         Shall implement Constitutional, legislative, and regulatory requirements;
·         Drafting of legislative proposals for the County Government and it’s entities therein;
·         Attend to matters related to legal profession such as contracts, memorandum of understanding, treaties, and compliance to the law in general;
·         Work closely with other agencies such as the County Assembly, National Government, Kenya Law Reform Commission, Government Printer, etc; and
·         Any other duties that may be allocated by the County Attorney from time to time.
Requirements
·         Be a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from a university recognized in Kenya;
·         Holds a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya;
·         Has practiced for not less than three years since admission;
·         Valid practicing license and letter of good standing from Law Society of Kenya;
·         Be conversant with the laws applicable in Kenya and the spirit of their application;
·         Be a strategic thinker and result oriented;
·         Have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; and
·         Have capacity to work diligently and meet strict deadlines.
The appointment of the Deputy County Attorney is subject to vetting and approval by the County Assembly of Nyandarua.
Terms of Service: Six year’s contract, renewable once.
