Job Summary
Our client a manufacturing company in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Customer Relations Manager to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships as well as to guide and lead team members to deliver services that meet and exceed the customer requirements.

Responsibilities
·         To provide excellent customer service in sales and after-sales situations
·         To respond to general customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and to resolve issues to satisfaction of customer based on company policy
·         To lead a team of customer service representatives; manage and train them
·         To project a professional company image
·         Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business
·         Accurately respond to questions and assist customers with product queries
·         Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data
·         Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
·         Maintaining a professional appearance, behavior, and conduct

·         Effectively work with peers in a team focused environment
·         Assist in making major business decisions
Qualifications
·         Time management skills
·         3-5 years’ experience as a customer service team leader
·         Resulted -oriented
·         High implementation capability
·         Good problem analysis and problem solving skills
·         Good (verbal and written) communication skills and Interpersonal Skills
·         Ability to maintain confidentiality
·         Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from an accredited university
·         Fluency in English and Swahili
·         Prior customer relations experience
