Agent Relationship Manager

As Agent Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing sales management and leadership of Trade Development Representatives in your assigned territory and to achieve targets for acquisition and on-boarding of retail agents across Nairobi.
Responsibilities
·         Manage and lead a team of Trade Development Representatives (TDRs) to recruit retail agents

·         Plan and execute specific sales programs in accordance with company strategy and processes
·         Maintain CRM database of current and potential retail agents
·         Ensure efficient management of team budgets
·         Solicit feedback from TDR team on sales blockers and identify solutions to achieve sales targets
·         Generate sales reports for team and company management
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, preferably in a business related area of study
·         4+ years experience in a similar position
·         Excellent selling skills
·         Team first attitude
·         Good planning and organization skills
·         Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision

Marketing Executive
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling the day to day marketing activities for the marketing department in line with the company objectives. You will work closely with the Referral Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate and implement marketing projects.
Responsibilities
·         Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing communication campaigns using the company’s full marketing mix
·         Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
·         Produce accurate summaries of total marketing campaign spend and oversee and manage the marketing budget
·         Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
·         In liaison with the research department, stay updated on competitive landscape and customer satisfaction
·         Devise and present strategies for marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns
·         Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
·         Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
·         Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
·         Assist in production of creative content, including videos and blog posts
Qualifications
·         2+ years experience in a similar role
·         BSc in Marketing &/or Business Management

·         Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns & promotions
·         Broad understanding of brand management principles and guidelines
·         Outstanding project management, organizational, and time management skills
·         Good teamwork, communications (written and verbal), networking, and problem-solving skills
·         Ability to work independently and make quick decisions

Procurement Officer
As Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for the timely procurement and delivery of high quality, low cost goods and services and proper processing of all requests.
Responsibilities
·         Participate in development and review of procurement policies and procedures
·         Procure various supplies/materials at the most competitive terms
·         Maintain and update pre-qualified suppliers list to facilitate quick ordering
·         Ensure services and goods are delivered on time and are within stated specifications
·         Coordinate procurement of quality materials and services to support business operations
·         Manage contract execution for stock items in liaison with user departments
·         Participate in preparation of purchasing budgets
·         Assist in preparing specifications for required goods and services
·         Invite, assess, and award/recommend suppliers for tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management
·         5+ years experience in supply chain
·         Diploma in supplies, procurement, or supply chain management
·         Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
