The Management wishes to invite applicants with requisite qualifications to fill the position of Corporate Sales Administrator that has arisen within the company.

Department: Sales & Marketing – Corporate Sales
Reporting to: Corporate Sales Manager
Role Purpose: The purpose of the role is to coordinate the department’s operations and activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities
·         Provide exemplary service to all clients in order to ensure repeat sales through client satisfaction.
·         Receive calls and take messages for the corporate division.
·         Prepare weekly and monthly reports and reconciliation of key accounts.
·         Prepare, Deliver and collect tender documents.
·         Collect cheques from clients once they are ready.
·         Maintain a neat and organized filling for key departmental documents.
·         Follow up and arrange for deliveries when required.
·         Liaise with key support sections such as warehouse, credit control and marketing.
·         Prepare gate passes and assist corporate showroom client in the absence of corporate sales executives.
·         Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
·         Minimum of a Degree in Business Administration/ Management or any other related field.
·         At least 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service in a busy establishment.
·         Highly motivated, self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision.
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
·         Excellent report writing skills.
·         Computer skills.
·         Good organization skills.

Role Purpose:
·         Presenting, promoting and selling products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
·         Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
·         Achieve 10 million in Sales every month.
·         Bring on Board a minimum of 4 new clients every Quarter.
·         Provide exemplary service to all Corporate Clients in order to ensure repeat sales through client satisfaction.
·         Assist the accounts department to ensure that all payment is received in a timely manner for all corporate sales.
·         Handle all requests for a quotation within 24 hours barring exceptional circumstances.
·         Update /Train clients on any new products that are received.
·         Submit comprehensive reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis per the requirements of Management.
·         Carry out all the work in a professional and ethical manner and within company policy.
·         Promptly deal with all customer complaints. Note the cause of the complaint to avoid making the same error in the future.
·         Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification
Critical Knowledge, Competencies and Personal Attributes:
·         Previous experience in a sales or a sales executive role for over 5 years, preferably in similar industry.
·         Extensive knowledge of the retail market sector and consumer electronic products.
·         Good relationship / rapport in the market with key contacts in relevant sector.
·         Understanding of latest marketing methodology and thinking.

·         Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with team and other stakeholders.
·         Maintain internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
·         Strong selling skills.
·         Must have a good understanding of local sales environment (Kenya market understanding should be up to date).
·         Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Department: Retail
Reporting to: Executive Director
Role Purpose: The purpose of the role is to manage the company’s social media platforms; to build and manage online customer database and to market and promote company products on the online space.
Duties and Responsibilities
·         Day to day marketing and promotion of the online store.
·         Management of social media accounts i.e. Facebook & Twitter.
·         Manage online marketing activity on Google AdWords.
·         Manage and review product presentation on the website to ensure correct categorization, images, pricing and that promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements.
·         Send out mailshot on weekly or bi-monthly basis.
·         Manage online order fulfilment.
·         Monitor online customer feedback.
·         Liaise with credit control and any financial institutions on credit card transactions.
·         Monitor and analyse website usage data on google analytics.
·         Ensure all promotions are listed on the website.
·         Responding to queries related to online sales.
·         Providing Sales Analysis reports monthly.
·         Assist with the marketing campaigns to increase traffic to the website including outside Kenya.
·         Advise and recommend enhancement to the online store as per the customer needs and market trends.
·         Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification
Critical Knowledge, skills & Experience:
·         Minimum of a Degree in Business or any other related field.
·         3 years’ experience in a similar role
·         Experience in Digital Marketing
·         Experience in using Google analytics and AdWords platforms.
·         Strong ability to relate with customers
·         Ability to pay attention to detail
·         Good problem solving skills and a logical approach to work
·         Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
·         Computer skills.
