Digital Marketing Strategist
The incumbent will help us use web
technologies to achieve our business growth goals. You will identify needs, new
opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness.
A successful digital marketing
strategist must be tech-savvy, trend setter with innovative ideas for improving
customer experience, be creative, a team player and effectively connect our
brand with our online customers.
Responsibilities

Set digital marketing strategies
using all necessary tools such as website, emails, social media e.t.c.

Research products, services and
current strategies to identify new opportunities
·
Analyze web traffic and suggest
solutions to boost web presence
·
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales
performance data to forecast trends
·
Build strong clients relationships
through social media interaction
·
Proactively suggest new campaigns by
keeping up to date with our audience preferences
·
Identify advertising needs
·
Establish best practices in digital
marketing
·
Stay up-to date with digital
technologies developments
·
Creates and presents regular
performance reports for managers
·
Implements and adheres to company
policies and procedures
Experience and skills
·
Proven working experience as a
digital marketing strategist or digital marketing manager
·
Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM
and CRM software
·
Experience implementing and
optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
·
Solid knowledge of web analytics tool
like Google analytics
·
Hands on experience with online
marketing tools and practices
·
Familiarity with web design and HTML
·
Strong analytical and project
management skills
·

oriented

·
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar
position
·
Bachelor’s Degrees in the following

Sales and Telemarketing Liaison
The
incumbent will generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a
fast-paced environment and will be responsible for influencing existing or
potential customers to buy products or services.
A
successful sales and telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be
able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present
solutions that meet their needs.
The
goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
Responsibilities
1.
Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing
strategies.
2.
Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or
service being offered.
3.
Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services,
such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
4.
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing
systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
5.
Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared
sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
6.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements as well as
answering questions from clients about product and service benefits
7.
Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders
for filling.
8.
Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer
service as well as handling complaints to safeguard the company’s reputation
9.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
10.
Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales goals
11.
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information
that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
12.
Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers
13.
Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
Experience and Skills
1.
Proven working experience as a telemarketer or similar sales
2.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
3.
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and
telephone systems
4.
Excellent communication and presentation skills(written and verbal)
5.
Proficient in English and Kiswahili
6.
Skilled in negotiation and customer complaint handling
7.
Patient, Persistent and results oriented

9.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
10.
