Position Title: Company Rider
Position Title: Company Rider
Position Summary: The Rider will be charged with
making deliveries and collecting parcels for the company as well as checking on
guards at their duty stations and maintaining an attendance register.
Brief company profile :- We are a growing security provider in Nairobi providing security
services to the domestic and commercial sectors by providing uniformed
officers.
Responsibilities
·
Ride and deliver/collect assignments
as directed.
·
Supervise and keep record of security
guards on duty.
·
Maintain high level of
professionalism with clients
·
Ensure packages are delivered in good
condition.
·
Maintain the motorbike in a
presentable clean state.
·
Ensure compliance to proper traffic
rules governing road usage.
·
Ensure paramount safety of motorbike
and official items at all times.
·
Perform any other duty that may be
assigned from time to time by the controlling officer.
·
Advise supervisor when bike is due
for service
Minimum Requirements
·
Valid Driving license class BCE &
FG.
·
Must have experience working for a
security company.
Required Qualifications
·
Minimum of 1year experience riding in
Nairobi and good geographical knowledge of Nairobi and its environs.
·
Customer handling skills.
·
Must be a quick learner to understand
the nature of the business.
·
Able to handle challenges and be
proactive.
·
Be honest, respectful and
trustworthy.
·
Demonstrate sound work ethics and
must have good communication skills
Position Title: Sales Representative
Position
Summary: The Sales Representative will be
in charge of identifying and approaching potential customers, present them a
sales pitch and bring in new clients as well as ensuring proper reporting and
communication with the office.

Responsibilities

Manage customer leads
·
Plan, prepare and present persuasive
approaches and pitches to potential clients
·
Research and identify the security
needs of clients and solutions best suited for them.
·
Identify and grow opportunities by
achieving set sales targets
·
Have the ability to structure an
entire sales deal under minimum supervision
·
Use an existing network of industry
contacts to generate new business
·
Grow and retain existing clients
·
Maintain strong business
relationships with clients.
·
Respond to all inquiries in a quick
& timely manner.
·
Answer customer questions on security
services available.
Required
Qualifications

At least a Diploma in Business or
related field
·
Excellent planning and organizational
skills
·
Self – motivated, Confident and
outgoing personality
·
Ability to multi-task and get things
done to completion
·
A Team player with good interpersonal
and communication skills
·
Confident, presentable and aggressive
·
Ability to handle and resolve
complaints from customers
