Job Title: Laboratory Technologist
Positions: 2
Job Location: Oasis Doctors Plaza Nairobi and Oasis Doctors Plaza Nyamira
Work Type: Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Receiving, verifying and processing of specimens
·         Timely release of accurate, precise and reproducible results
·         Archiving of specimens and records as per laboratory SOPS.
·         Proper Management of laboratory equipment by doing daily routine maintenance, calibration and quality control.
·         Proper Management of laboratory reagents and consumables as per laboratory SOPS
·         Participation in EQA and other quality assurance programs.
·         Creation and Maintenance of Laboratory documents and records
·         Blood transfusion procedures
·         Compliance with relevant policies and procedures including but not limited to those related to safety and infection control.
·         Basic Knowledge of GCLP, ISO 15189:2012 standards
Job Requirements
·         Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution.
·         Must be registered by Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board with a current practicing license
·         Knowledge and experience in different laboratory disciplines especially hematology, biochemistry and microbiology
·         Good computer and problem-solving skills
·         Team player

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Technologist
Job Location: Oasis Mental Health
Work Type: Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
·         Control medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
·         Protect patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols.
·         Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
·         Ensure the fridge in the pharmacy for medication has the right temperature for medications stored.
·         Receive orders for both consumables and drugs through the procurement officer and follow up to know when the drugs will be supplied.
·         Ensure that stock reorder levels are not surpassed.
·         Clean and dust cabinets, lockers and fridge where medication is stored.
·         Confirm the short expiry period and advise the procurement officer on the way forward.
·         Assist the pharmacy in-charge to draft and review SOPs for the hospital pharmacy and forward for review and implementation.
Job Requirements
·         Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
·         Registration with the Pharmacy and Poison Board.
·         Computer literate.
·         Minimum of two years relevant experience.

Job Title: Medical Officer
Job Location: Oasis Doctors Plaza Migori
Work Type: Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Receive and clerk patients; initiate and monitor treatment.
·         Manage the OPD/Emergency and assist the consultants.
·         Conduct medical procedures after getting the consent from patients or their attendants.
·         Attend to emergencies and informing consultant doctors for further action.
·         Check and authorize all diagnostic requisition slips at the medical center.
·         Ensure duties/functions are undertaken prioritizing safety/well-being of patients.
·         Assess patients as required and write detailed reports in the case notes.
·         Mentorship and supervision of clinical attaches/interns
·         Order and interpret diagnostic tests; and provide information regarding patient conditions whenever required; communicate effectively with patients and clients.

·         Attend clinics and participate in relevant meetings, case conferences; followed by documentation of findings on each patient’s chart.
·         Represent the department/profession/team at outreaches, meetings, conferences, etc.
·         Participate in multi-disciplinary clinical audit and proactive risk management.
·         Facilitate production of all data/information for all cases managed with investigations, enquiries or audit relating to the provision of health services.
·         Maintain professional standards in relation to confidentiality and ethics; abide by the Kenyan Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board.
·         Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
·         Providing input in various internal committee meetings on matters relating to clinical services e.g. Quality assurance, infection control, MAC etc.
·         Participate in developing and monitoring implementation of policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
·         Degree in Medicine from a recognized University.
·         Be registered with Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board.
·         Have a current Indemnity cover of minimum Ksh 5m.
·         Ability to work with minimum supervision.
·         Ability to plan and deliver care in an effective and resourceful manner.
·         Must be computer literate; experienced using an HMIS clerking/managing patients.
·         Must be focused on developing professional expertise and knowledge by actively engaging in continuing professional education and development.

Job Title: Hospital Administrator
Positions: 3
Job Location: Nyamira, Webuye and Kehancha
Work Type: Full time.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Overseeing quality, improvement of processes for efficient delivery of services.
·         Guiding in setting operational and administrative standards in the hospital.
·         Preparing, managing and overseeing of the hospital budget.
·         Ensuring that the hospital runs efficiently and delivers quality patient care.
·         Creating financial and business strategies to ensure viability of the hospital.
·         Recruitment and retention of staff; managing the hospital HR function.
·         Addressing doctors’ needs and ensuring patients’ quality of care and well-being.
·         Liaising with stakeholders and spearheading resource mobilization.
·         Attending the local health council meetings and the healthcare conferences.
·         In charge of overall management of public affairs and community relations.
·         Formulating hospital policies for Board approval and implementation of policies.
·         Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly progress reports.
Job Requirements
·         Diploma/Degree in Administration, Finance/Accounts or Human Resource or any other relevant field.
·         At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in a busy environment.
·         Proficiency in MS Office applications.
·         High integrity and confidentiality. Should be highly organized and decisive.
·         Ability to work with strict deadlines.
·         Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
·         Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a diverse range of professional relationships is essential.
·         MUST be flexible, willing to perform assigned and additional duties and work irregular hours under unpredictable conditions.
