Job Vacancy: Occupational Therapist
Reporting to the physiotherapy manager, the holder of this position will glorify God by administering Occupational Therapy services and participating in the hospital spiritual ministry via the practice of occupational therapy; facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy (occupational or activities of daily living therapy)
Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes
·         Diploma in Occupational Therapy
·         Interest in continuous professional growth
·         Two years in a busy occupational therapist services department.
·         Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice.

Job Vacancy: Registered Clinical Officer – Plastic Surgery
Reporting to the Plastic Surgery Consultant, the holder of this position will glorify God through the provision of excellent compassionate health care for the patients attending AIC Kijabe Hospital for Plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery.
Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes
·         Qualified and registered Clinical Officer.
·         Concurrent registration by the Kenya Clinical Officer Council

·         Interest in Plastic Surgery.
·         At least one year experience in clinical patient care
·         Computing skills and research interest
·         Management and group interaction/facilitation skills.
·         Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
·         An honest person full of integrity in his/her personal conduct and handling of job responsibilities.

Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Facilities Maintenance Manager
(1 Positions)
Reporting to the Director Support Operations, the holder of this position will glorify God by direct planning and coordinating the key infrastructural operations of the hospital including Biomed, Electrical and General Maintenance to ensure improved performance, productivity, efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes
·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Plant Engineering or equivalent
·         Minimum eight (8) years relevant experience (Preferably in a hospital environment)
·         Registration by Engineering Board and Member of the Institute of Engineers Kenya
·         Working knowledge of the use of CAD software preferably AutoCAD, MS Project
·         Must have demonstrated ability to handle departmental budgets, resources, processes, projects and relationships
·         Should have thorough knowledge of electro-mechanical systems as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting the relevant sector
·         Should possess the attitude to make patient care the primary concern
·         Must have ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate departmental goals
·         Should have strong analytical skills and be result oriented
·         Must have high standards of integrity and ethical practice
·         Must be capable of functioning effectively both as a team player and a team leader
·         Must have management and leadership skills
·         Should be an effective communicator with good interpersonal spoken and written communication skills and the ability to handle both internal and external communication
