Job Description: We are a Project Management Company seeking to recruit young and
energetic receptionist who will also act as an office admin / HR for our
organization.
Essential Functions
·
To welcome and direct visitors in the
office
·
To ensure utility office Bills &
office purchases are paid on a timely manner
·
Supervise cleaner to ensure all areas
of the office are cleaned properly
·
Organize, arrange and co-ordinate
meetings
·
Handling external communications
·
Manage the HR function for all our
site employees
·
Handle the filing of the company as
far as employees are concerned
·
Handle maintenance of office
·
Assist site employees clarify any
queries they might be having
·
Any other duties arising relating
Desired Qualifications
·
Minimum of 1 Years working experience
in the above position
·
Have a minimum diploma/ degree in
business administration or Human resource management
·
Experience in construction and
project firms will be an added advantage
·
Have human resource management
experience and people’s skills
·
Be excellent in Microsoft office
·
Able to work well under pressure
·
Able to work cohesively in a team
·
Maturity is a virtue
