Job Duties and Responsibilities
1) Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
2) Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
3) Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
5) Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
7) Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
8) Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performing general and application control reviews for the systems
2. Performing Information control reviews which include system development standards, operating procedures, system security, programming controls, communication controls, backup and disaster recovery, & system maintenance.
3. Directing and/or performing reviews of internal control procedures and security for systems under development and/or enhancements to current systems.
4. Maintaining computerized audit software.
5. Consulting with and advising administrators, trainers and staff on various operational issues related to the system and on general business operations as needed.
6. Following up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective action(s).
