Financial Controller
Reporting to the Chief Finance
Officer, this position will be responsible for overseeing the finance
operations while ensuring accurate financial management and reporting including
cash flow management, budget control and expense plans in line with the
Organization objectives.
Laboratory Services in Charge
Based at our Adams Branch and
reporting to the Hospital Manager and with functional reporting to the
Laboratory Services Manager, this position is responsible for planning,
organizing and coordinating the Laboratory team within the hospital unit. The
job holder will superintend the branch laboratory. In addition, the job holder
will ensure delivery of high quality services, stock control and excellent
customer service.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences and must have held a valid license with
the KMLTTB for a minimum of 5 years. The position requires active knowledge and
experience in People Management and Customer Service. The successful candidate
must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital
environment with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.
Tutor (School of Nursing )
1 Position
Reporting to the Head of Department,
School of Nursing, the position will be responsible for delivery of quality
instruction to health care trainees, in line with the Nursing Council
guidelines.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with more than 2 years post internship work
experience, of which 1 year must be in delivering teaching to health care
trainees. In addition, they must be able to commit consistent hours per week to
deliver training. Possession of Pedagogy training will be a distinct advantage.
Stores In Charge
(1 Position)
Based in Nairobi and reporting to the
Procurement and Supply Chain Manager this position is responsible for planning
and coordinating stock management within the store and ensuring efficient delivery
of items to users and cost effective inventory management
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Procurement and Supplies and minimum of two years experience working
in a busy store. Professional qualifications (CIPS) will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years managing a store
in a busy environment
Customer Relations Officer
(3 Positions – Nairobi, Meru Mombasa)
Reporting to the Hospital Manager
with a matrix reporting to the Chief Officer- Business Development &
Marketing, this position is responsible for growing the business volumes for
the unit through executing business development activities and plans,
maintaining excellent relationships with doctors, clients and corporate
clients.
Applicants must be in possession of a
Diploma in Communications/ Public Relations/Marketing or a business related
course. In addition they must have 3 years working experience interacting
directly with clients, managing relationships and growing business. Experience
in a busy hospital environment or service industry will be an added advantage.
