Receptionist


Responsibilities:

·         Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
·         Executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
·         Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
·         Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
·         Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

·         Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
·         Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
·         Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
·         Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
·         Update calendars and schedule meetings
·         Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
·         Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
·         Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
·         Managing office staff including the driver and checking on the assignment of the staff on daily basis.

Requirements

·         Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
·         Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
·         Professional attitude and appearance
·         Solid written and verbal communication skills,especially efficiency while writing emails.
·         Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
·         Excellent organizational skills
·         Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
·         Customer service attitude
·         High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Job Details
Development in .Net, C# and SQL experience and a backend focus. ERP, accounting or business management software development experience is a strong asset.

Roles

Proficiency with C# language, including but not limited to the following language features:

Knowledge of the main concepts of ASP.NET and Web Development:
·         Application State

·         Web Forms Structure
·         Web Services
Experience with SQL Server:
·         Writing and debugging complex SQL queries (Where Clause, Aggregates, Subqueries)
·         Understanding of database structure (Primary Keys, Data Types, Denormalization)
Experience with IIS:
·         Configuration and deployment of ASP.NET websites
·         Configuring and Securing IIS

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
·         2+ years of development experience with large business systems (ideally Accounting, ERP, and business management software)
·         Working knowledge with ASP.Net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, WordPress , PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript
·         Must be able to manage Projects from start to finish
·         Source Code control procedures and self-documenting code standards and practices
·         Effective testing and debugging practices
·         Ability to intelligently discuss accounting-related issues / financial reports and know basic accounting concepts – ledgers, sub-ledgers, debits and credits
·         Communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences
·         Capable of working independently and demonstrate good decision-making abilities
·         Proficient grammar and verbal/written communication skills
·         Must have the desire and ability to learn new applications and tools
