Personal Assistant

Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be responsible for continuous improvement and sustenance of a positive corporate image and effective running of the managing Director’s office in line with the Corporate Plan.

Responsibilities

·         Liaising with internal and external organization on public affairs.
·         Establishing and improving the degree of mutual understanding between the corporation and public as and when necessary.


·         Arranging for Board Members for visits to various educational places as and when required.
·         Participating in welfare activities as and when required.
·         Participating in smooth running of the executive office.
·         Managing the diary of the executive office in liaison with Executive secretary.
·         Participating in organizing and managing the board meetings and affairs in the Corporation.
·         Participating in provision of support services in ensuring smooth running of the executive office.
·         Performing any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor of Arts degree
·         Diploma in Public Relations/Secretarial/Office Administrative Services or equivalent qualification.
·         Five (5) years’ relevant experience

·         Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications
