Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be responsible for continuous improvement and sustenance of a positive corporate image and effective running of the managing Director’s office in line with the Corporate Plan.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the job holder will be responsible for continuous improvement and sustenance of a positive corporate image and effective running of the managing Director’s office in line with the Corporate Plan.
Responsibilities

Liaising with internal and external
organization on public affairs.
·
Establishing and improving the degree
of mutual understanding between the corporation and public as and when
necessary.
·
Arranging for Board Members for
visits to various educational places as and when required.
·
Participating in welfare activities
as and when required.
·
Participating in smooth running of
the executive office.
·
Managing the diary of the executive
office in liaison with Executive secretary.
·
Participating in organizing and
managing the board meetings and affairs in the Corporation.
·
Participating in provision of support
services in ensuring smooth running of the executive office.
·
Performing any other duty as may be
assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor of Arts degree
·
Diploma in Public
Relations/Secretarial/Office Administrative Services or equivalent
qualification.
·
Five (5) years’ relevant experience
