Vacancy: Accounts Trainee

Responsibilities:
·         Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
·         Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries of direct invoices.
·         Paying suppliers; Verify approval on all invoices, scheduling and preparing checks.
·         Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
·         Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos
·         Issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
·         Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
·         Verifies supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
·         Maintains historical records by filing documents.
·         Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation
·         Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
Who Are You?
·         Bachelor of commerce degree or its equivalent from a recognized university and or CPA 1
·         CPA 2 and 3 for non-degree holders.
·         Entry level position 0-1 year experience
·         Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
·         Knowledge of the ERP system
·         Excellent computer skills
·         High degree of integrity and dependability

Vacancy: Internal Audit Analyst

Responsibilities:
·         Ensures that he/she monitors the liability accounts to capture the details of significant changes.
·         Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of the VAT and the sales accounts.
·         Responsible for the reconciliation of the monthly pension accounts.
·         Collects and files all the accounts payable listings from the accounts payable departments.
·         Ensures that all the laid down accounting procedures and deadlines are followed and met concerning the company liabilities.

·         Provides explanations of the significant changes in the company liabilities that are necessary for the inclusion in the monthly balance sheet and cash flow reports.
Who Are You?
Required skills and Competencies:
·         University graduate in Finance or Accounting
·         Hospitality certification is a plus
·         CPA level 2
·         3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in the Hospitality industry.
·         Excellent communication skills necessary.
·         Working knowledge of Internal Audit
·         Capable of effectively & efficiently handling multiple tasks.
·         Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
·         Be tech savvy and have a working knowledge of various computer software programs –

Vacancy: Credit Control Analyst

Responsibilities:
·         Review the company’s credit control procedures, recommend development and implement enhancements where required
·         Facilitate preparation of accurate monthly statements of debtors’ account balances
·         Ensure timely reconciliations of statements with the respective intermediaries, insurance and reinsurance companies to enhance collection of outstanding balances
·         Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly credit control reports to management
·         Minimize bad debt risk, maximize accounts receivable collections
·         Assess credit risk and establish credit limits.
·         Conduct collection calls and customer visits to collect Accounts Receivables.
·         Maintain accurate credit files and collection files. Maintain electronic collect notes for each customer account.
Who Are You?
Required Skills and Competencies:
