Job Purpose: Support the sales team in costing assignments and providing cost analysis results assist in decision making.
Duties and responsibilities

·         Design and maintain rate sheets.
·         Prepare tender and proposal documents.
·         Support sales team with accurate and commercially viable job order costing.
·         Assist the sales team determine the requirements of their clients.
·         Take an active role in understanding any changes in the cost company of component parts of the services provided and ensure these are reflected in the rates generated.
·         Conduct market research understand the prevailing market rates and benchmark company rates against the market.
·         Any other job that may be given the job holder from time to time.
Qualifications and experience
·         Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
·         At least seven (5) years of experience in similar role
·         Knowledge of print production facilities requirements, processes, operations and
maintenance.

Job purpose: Manage and direct production activities and monitor adherence to planned schedules, quality standards and cost objectives. The position leads and directs the day to day operations of the production facility.
Duties and responsibilities
·         Participate in planning and establishing short to long term production objectives and plans for the facility/unit
·         Direct, coordinates and supervises the planning, scheduling and expediting of raw materials for the timely production taking into consideration quality management system / guidelines.
·         Manage the production scheduling process to meet the customer’s expectation and demand
·         Optimizes use of production facility resources to complete tasks assigned providing leadership and direction to the production team
·         Oversees areas of production team, such as safety, planning, cost, efficiency, quality, and customer service
·         Maintain compliance with Company policies, safety standards, quality specifications, regulatory requirements, and sanitation practices
·         Monitor production facility operational costs and report to the COO accordingly
·         Coordinate maintenance schedule and assign repair tasks as needed
·         Develop production SOP’s and ensure compliance to achieve high performance
·         Develop/Implement action plans to understand and address areas of concern
·         Work with other departmental heads and line supervisors to foster a production culture focused on continuous improvement
·         Initiate and manage production unit projects e.g. new installations, repairs etc
·         Manage staff capacity and skill levels to meet current and planned production needs
·         Implement and monitor performance management programs and support staff through training, mentorship and coaching
Qualifications and experience
·         Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management or a related field
·         At least seven (7) years of experience in print production, three (3) of which must be in a supervisory position

·         Sound knowledge of print production facilities requirements, processes, operations and
maintenance.
·         Ability to lead and develop teams
·         Results driven with accuracy and attention to detail
·         Strong interpersonal skills

Job purpose: Responsible for the overall management and coordination of human resource and administration functions. This role manages the human assets in the organization, ensuring continuous availability of the necessary skills and that the organization gets value from its human assets.
Duties and responsibilities
·         Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
·         Develop and ensure good understanding of the HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment through internal communications and or staff meetings where necessary
·         Manage the disciplinary and grievance processes in accordance with approved policy and in compliance with the legal requirements
·         Maintain harmonious industrial relations with the Staff Union; lead the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations and manage implementation of the same
·         Work with Functional Heads to understand the business strategy and workforce requirements and staff development plans accordingly
·         Manage recruitment process and oversee the placement and induction of new staff
·         Implement and/or support the Company’s staff related change management initiatives and acting as the internal human resources consultant on various matters as may be required from time to time by Functional Heads
·         Manage the Company’s remuneration including payroll administration, Staff Medical Insurance scheme, Group Life Assurance Scheme, Group Accident Policy and WIBA;
·         Promote staff welfare and wellness
·         Lead the implementation of the Company’s performance management system based on agreed objectives and agreed key performance indicators
·         Provide oversight over the Learning and Development Function and ensuring that the Company’s training and development plans are prepared in time and appropriate training initiatives are deployed in line with the training calendar
·         Oversee staff leave utilization and making appropriate recommendations
·         Develop departmental budget and business plans to achieve the set company targets
·         Resolve audit and risk related issues identified during HR audits, implementing them and making recommendations
·         Oversee administrative services such as office services, registry and outsourced services.
Qualifications and experience
·         Bachelors degree in a business related field/social sciences; Higher diploma in Human Resource Management and membership to IHRM;
·         At least 6 years human resource management experience gained from reputable organizations
·         Diverse experience in human resource and administration management; exposure to the Kenyan Labour Laws
·         Good leadership and people-management skills;
·         Self-starter, high energy level with strong interpersonal and communication skills
·         Highest level of personal and professional integrity
