that passengers experience a safe and comfortable journey, and that they arrive
on time. When transporting goods, drivers take on the responsibility of
ensuring they are transported to their final destination in good-condition and
with all necessary documentation.

Reporting to the Programme Manager,
Mary’s Meals drivers will have the main responsibility of transporting goods
and people within the programme areas in Turkana County and in when required
throughout Kenya.
It is also the responsibility of the
driver that vehicles are always clean and in mechanically sound conditions.
Minimum Requirements

Valid B.C.E driving license
·
Three (3) years of driving experience
·
Flexible working approach with
availability to work evenings, early morning and weekends as required.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability
and Learning Officer – Turkana County
The MEAL Officer will be responsible for ensuring that data are
gathered from various sources in the field and entered centrally to support the
advancement of the ongoing organisation MEAL strategy.
The position will work closely with the Programmes Field
Department under the guidance of the Country Director. This post will involve a
combination of field and office based work and will support cross core MEAL
work as also includes supporting the achievement of the organisational MEAL
strategy.
The role also includes supporting wider areas of work within the
MEAL department, such as organisation pilots, programme expansion and projects
which require additional monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
·
University degree in statistics or
related discipline.
·
At least 2 years’ experience of
working in MEAL roles
·
Ability to validate, analyse and
disseminate qualitative and quantitative data.
·
Experience of designing and managing
knowledge management systems, an awareness of learning methodologies and
experience of leading learning events.
·
Experience working in INGO
environment
·
Technical knowledge and experience in
Monitoring & Evaluation
·
Good knowledge of MS Excel and
Microsoft Word
·
Advanced skills in statistical
analysis and use of statistical software
·
Knowledge of digital data collection
tools, processes and software
·
Should have report writing skills and
significant change story documentation
·
Should have good team work and
networking skills
·
Fluency in English, both verbal and
written
Logistics Officer – Turkana County
The Logistics Officer will be responsible for a broad range of
logistical activities that are necessary in order to ensure effective and
efficient implementation of the Mary’s Meals programme in Kenya.
The main responsibilities of the Logistics Officer will include,
but are not limited to: procurement management, contract management, fleet
management, timely distribution of food and other supplies to the schools,
international freight and customs clearance, asset management, supplier
performance and quality control, and other duties as and when required by
management.
Minimum Requirements
·
Diploma qualification or above in
Logistics, Operations, Business, or any other related disciplines;
·
At least three years of experience
working in a similar capacity for a reputable company or INGO;
·
Experience working with school
feeding programme within a community set up or community development programmes
in a similar capacity;
·
Proficient skills in Microsoft
applications, principally Word and Excel;
·
B.C.E driving licence
·
Flexible working approach with
availability to work evenings, early morning and weekends as required.
·
