Job Summary
To provide overall Execution and Leadership in assigned Territory
to achieve set targets for new Agents on boarded.
Responsibilities

Recruitment of Quality Agents across the assigned Market In
accordance with set criteria
·
Drive the growth of KOKO Networks products and services channelled
through the KOKO Agents in the assigned Territory
·
Ensure all Agents are active in the respective region
·
Plan and execute Specific Sales Programs as per Territory to
Ensure Business Growth on the Agency Channel
·
Provide advisory support to KOKO networks including identifying
best solutions for the regions
·
Drive appreciation of KOKO points in respective region
·
Relationship Management of KOKO Point Agents across the region
including connecting with Agents Staff to achieve results
·
Ensure 100% Compliance to KOKO Networks processes and procedures
across the region
·
Ensure continuous improvement in customer service at Agent
Locations across the region
·
Ensure the KOKO Networks Corporate image is maintained at all
times
·
Execute Operational excellence and cost management
·
Gather Market intelligence for improvement of the Agency Channel
·
Generate necessary reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and
annual basis
Agent Administration
·
Facilitate Agent Merchandizing, Agent Relocation, Agent
Termination, Reporting and Agent Contract Renewal processes for the whole
region
·
Ensure approved agents are fully trained and prepare and submit
training reports for allocated region
·
Support and assist the agency Head in User Acceptance Testing and
implementation of any new products and service
Compliance
·
Generate a monthly incident report on Fraud and for the assigned
region
·
Ensure continuous improvement in agent service and implementing
effective operational standards.
Qualifications
·
Graduate from an accredited University preferably in a Business
related course
·
Excellent Interpersonal and Selling skills
·
Sales Development and Execution skills
·
Team Player and Team Developer
·
Good Planning and Organization skills
·
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
·
Key Account Management skills
·
Proven experience of at least four years in a similar position
·

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager to
join our team. As the Product Owner for our Wholesaler solution, you will work
closely with our Engineering teams and our Fuel Partner customers to provide a
solution that is a first of its kind in this market.
Responsibilities
·
Manage the communication between our Engineering team and the
needs of internal and external business stakeholders with regards to last mile
fuel delivery
·
Develop detailed (technical and non-technical) requirements for
our engineers and work with them to ensure that the features are delivered as
requested
·
Ensure that user experience, features and workflows within the
platform deliver the expected business requirements
·
Define the go-to-market plan and enablement, working to insure
that relevant teams have what they need to be successful
·
Work closely with the Quality Assurance teams in order to ensure
the performance of the product is as defined and required by our partners
·
Manage roll-out and training of new features with our key customer
groups
·
Evangelise the product within KOKO and externally with relevant
user groups
Qualifications
·
Engineering or Scientific background required
·
Proven track record in Product Management for software/web/mobile
technologies in the area of logistics, for at least 4 years
·
Good working knowledge of the web, APIs, comms technology infrastructure
·
Experience of the Software Development lifecycle
·
Experience developing or working with hardware or embedded systems
is a bonus
·
Ability to critically reason UX choices in the field of Logistics

Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be experienced in Manual,
Automation and Performance testing using open source technologies. This roles
engages and collaborates with stakeholders across Development, Quality
Assurance, Product Team and Senior Management.
Responsibilities
·
Write test plans, test cases, execute test cases and report bugs
for API, Web and Mobile apps
·
Create automation scripts in Java and/or Python to automate the
API, Web and Mobile apps. Perform execution of scripts during release time
·
Create scripts in JMeter for Load testing of API’s. Execute
scripts as per requirement and during releases
·
Create and perform hardware tests on the embedded systems and
electronic devices
·
Work on tasks assigned by Quality Assurance Lead and report key
metrics to all stakeholders including Dev, Quality Assurance and Product teams
·
Mentor and coach colleagues in the Quality Assurance team to take
on additional responsibilities
Qualifications
·
Minimum 5-7 years experience in manual and automation testing
·
Strong automation testing experience in Selenium using Java and/or
Python
·
Should have experience automating Web, Mobile (Android using
preferably Appium/Espresso) and REST API’s
·
Hands-on experience with an open source Performance testing tools
like JMeter / Blazemeter
·
Exposure to CI/CD with Jenkins, Docker and Bitbucket
·
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans
and test cases
·
Working knowledge of SQL and scripting
·
Exposure to testing applications interacting with embedded systems
and electronic sensors
·
Willing to perform hardware tests and go in the field as per
project requirement.
·
Conversant with Cloud Technologies such as AWS
·
Should have worked in an agile setup using Scrum Methodology
·
Exposure to Embedded and Hardware testing is an added advantage
